We usually dispatch the orders within 2 working days of confirming the order. Shipping Charges varies for orders based on price and location. We ship all our items in tough packaging material. We use Shiprocket for shipping in India and the customers are provided with the tracking ID on dispatch of the order.

Please allow a standard delivery period of 4-6 working days for your orders to reach you. Tracking ID will be provided once your orders are completed. We will ensure that the products will reach you after rigorous inspection. However if there is any loss, or defects caused during shipping the same can be informed to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with Proof of Damage/Defect. We will provide replacement of the product(free of any charges) or Extend Store Credit (Decided on per case basis) in case of its unavailability. However this exchange/store credit will be processed only once we receive the product back at our facility. The buyer will have to return the shipment to our facility at their own expense. If the buyer fails to report damage/defect within 24 hours of receipt, the product shall not be exchanged. The decision of nrjewels Mumbai will be final in all respects.
